Returns

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of a new item, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and we’ll give you a full refund. It’s that simple. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use. Your refund will be promptly processed upon successful evaluation of your returned item from our trained professionals. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

CUSTOM SHOP ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our products. Our 90 day limited warranty, from the date you receive your product, covers fabric and parts against damage or breakage under normal use. Washing instructions, listed on inside label, must be followed. Contact us with any issues to discuss the problem.

 

Washing Instructions

Stone Thrones drum seat covers are machine washable, cold water, gentle cycle, no bleach. Line dry or machine dry gentle, low heat, do not iron.

 

How does the seat cover fit?

There are 2 sizes for the round seat covers…

Small fits drum seats that have a 12”-13” diameter top of the seat and 2"- 4 1/2" seat height.

Large fits drum seats that have a 15”-16” diameter top of the seat and 3"- 6" seat height.

Installing the seat cover

To put the seat cover on the drum seat, simple slip it over the top of the drum seat with the Stone Thrones label on the back. Slide the spring loaded cord lock along the strings, tightening the seat cover in place. Tuck the excess strings under the seat top into the cover.
